Different possibilities to visualise your property
The first step, in creating an effective wayfinding solution, is to create a superb model of the facility. Three-dimensional models of buildings are an intuitive way to give your visitors a good understanding of the layout of the floors and the distance between different points. Our 3D maps come in three different levels, where the degree of detail varies. You have a choice between our “Lite”, “Standard” and “Premium” packages.
LITE
With the Lite modelling we take the usual building floor-plan drawing (may be simple PDF file or image) and turn it into complex 3D shapes, where each “box” is a room in the building. From our 3D models library we choose suitable standard objects for better illustration.
With this you can expect following:
- Stairs, elevators, lifts are detailed
- Rooms are displayed as simple boxes
- Simplified ground
- No external walls
If you need more in the future, we can always upgrade your Lite floor plan to our standard or premium plans.
STANDARD
Standard is a good compromise between details and performance. With Standard detail level, we create 3D floor-plans with close to reality look to the building. Standard floor plans run even in mobile devices and with small to medium buildings you don’t have to worry about device performance – just WebGL support is required.
With this you can expect following:
- Stairs, elevators, lifts are detailed
- Rooms have entrances
- More detailed ground
- External walls
PREMIUM
3D floor-plans that can make most from what WebGL is capable. This will be real custom work for you. We create as much life-true 3D model of the building as possible.
We take every import detail of the building and try to put it in 3D. Then we will use shaders and effects to make these details look beautiful. After this we carefully select additional models for making the model to be like the snapshot of the actual moment in this building.
With this you can expect following:
- Stairs, elevators, lifts are detailed
- Rooms have walls, doors, windows and they are textured
- More detailed ground
- External walls
- Additional objects (trees, cars etc)
